Motion Design Social Media Campaign

Commissioned by Maison du Cambodge at Cité Universitaire, Paris, this project involved creating the main event poster, the program layout, and a set of Instagram visuals for the annual Fête de la Musique. The aim was to capture the lively and communal spirit of the celebration while strengthening the Cambodian house’s visual presence across print and digital formats.

Design challenge

How to visually express an annual cultural event rooted in heritage, community, and celebration through a concise, engaging campaign?
The task was to balance clarity and cultural expression while crafting visuals that work in both print and social contexts, making each asset instantly recognisable and relevant to the audience.

Outcome

The visual identity draws from Maison du Cambodge’s unique position as a cultural hub in Paris’s Cité Universitaire, blending references from Khmer heritage with contemporary event aesthetics. The campaign used bold, clear graphic elements to ensure visibility across formats, and modular layouts to adapt to poster, program, and Instagram feeds in a cohesive way.
